EAGLE HEAD WITH TURQUOISE PENDANT ON CHAIN - HENRY ATTAKAI

Solid Navajo turquoise eagle teardrop pendant. The silversmith has made a convex teardrop base and mounted double silver feathers. The artist continues by overlaying a 3-D silver eagle silhouette on top of the leaves along with running a decorative stamped wire along the rim of the teardrop. He finishes decorating by mounting an oval cut and polished turquoise stone in the peak of the teardrop. The stone is set in a deep saw tooth bezel. The artist finishes the pendant by attaching a decorative stamped silver bale.

The pendant is approximately  50 mm long including bail.  22 mm wide. Stamped H - Sterling Silver HANDCRAFTED by Navajo Henry Attakai who works as a Silversmith for Running Bear Trading in Gallup New Mexico.
