Uniquely Shaped Colored Horsehair Pottery by Navajo Artist Izack Joe from Kirkland New Mexico.

Colored with hues of blue, light green, yellow & burnt orange.

Symbols represent  Corn, Running Water, Renewal & Home.

Approximately 5.5"  tall. 3.75" wide. With a 1.75" opening.

Each handcrafted pot starts from a raw casting. It is then painted and in some cases, etched with a pattern and then fired. Horse Hair is then arranged along the pot before fired again. The cindered remains of the hair form the web looking designs on the pot.
