It has a fetish, or heartline, bear on the side. In Native cultures, the fetish bear is the symbol for a long life. It is decorated with small dots (stars), and a bearpaw, which symbolizes strength. Very nice detail!! On the Sculpture we clearly see the Bear with a heartline, meaning strong medicine & bear paw for good health.
